Background

As part of Audi’s push for digital brand presence and transformation, I (together with a product team from Modus Create) were entrusted to work alongside Audi Business Innovation (ABI) to help revamp and launch specific feature apps across global partners. The audi web platform is fully broken down into feature apps (or modules) that are controlled by the different teams. Me and my team were in full control of two feature apps;

Goal

The goal of this engagement was to take existing feature apps, rebuild them to integrate with a new cloud based CMS, add needed features, improve the experience and re-design them to be inline with their new audi design system.

Team

Our scrum team consisted of 8 people, 4x developers, 1x QA, 1x Scrum master, 1x Project manager and myself, working with SAFe (Scaled Agile) framework.

Process

On our first few weeks we joined a three day program increment (PI) planning that brings out the business goals, the stakeholders vision and aligns all the teams to commit all the work that will be done within this 10 weeks.
